Unfortunately no; we do not restock items during the season.

Can I change the delivery address while my order is in transit ?
No, we currently do not re-route orders.
Out of stock items:
If an item ordered becomes out of stock, you will receive an email detailing the item in question. You will not be charged for the item.
An item is missing from my order
Sometimes, we do not send everything into one package. Please check your dispatch emails to verify if there are other items on their way. If there is an item on the package delivery note that is not in your parcel, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Include your Order Number and Name of the missing item and we will look into it.
I have received a damaged item

What’s your return policy ?
Our policy lasts 30 days. For orders placed from December 1st – 30th, returns will be accepted until January 31st. After this grace period, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, in its original condition with all hangtags still attached and original packaging. Arctic Expedition reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not comply with those criteria.

Can I exchange a product ?
For exchanges, you may place a new order for your desired item. You will be charged for this order when it ships and once we receive and approve your return, your refund will be processed.
