What is your return policy?
Our policy lasts 30 days. After this grace period, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, in its original condition with all hangtags still attached and original packaging. Arctic Expedition reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not comply with those criteria.
All outerwear items are subject to a $12 restocking fee per item. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
Final Sale items will not be refunded through original payment method. We will offer store credit only. No exchanges accepted.
How do I return my package?

Note that the goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please make sure to keep your reference number when shipping it back to us.

How long does it take to process my return ?
Please note we are taking extra safety precautions to process returns, it may take us slightly longer than usual (10-15 business days) to process your return & issue the refund. We appreciate your patience during this time.
What are restocking fees ?
This fee helps cover the cost of return shipping to our warehouse in Montreal. This fee is not built into our prices because we believe in making our products available to you at the fairest possible cost.

Can I cancel my order?
Please contact our Customer Service as quickly as possible via email at info@arcticexpedition.ca & we will do our best to cancel the order if we can.
Note that once an order has been shipped for our warehouse, we are not able to cancel the order. Please refer to our Refunds & Returns Policy page for more information.
Can I exchange my item ?
We are unable to offer exchanges online. The easiest way to proceed is to return items and place a new order.

When will I receive my refund ?
*Final Sale items will not be refunded. We will offer store credit only.
We reserve the right to refuse your return and keep your item(s), without issuing a refund.
We reserve the right to post spontaneous promotional sales at anytime. Items in these promotional sales will not be price adjusted if item was previously purchased. Please note that prices during the promotional sale are subject to change at any moment.
To know if your garment has reached our warehouse, you can track it through your postal service and reference number.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days following the receipt of your package at our warehouse. Note that it can take between 3-5 business days to appear on your issuing bank account statement.
If your return is rejected, we will notify you by email. We reserve the right to refuse your return and keep your item(s), without issuing a refund.
My refund is late or missing - What should I do?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Can I have a price adjustment?
If the item that you purchased goes on sale within 7 days of ordering, we’re happy to offer you the difference in the form of an Arctic Expedition gift card to use on your next purchase!
Contact our Customer Services team at info@arcticexpedition.ca with your order number to request a price adjustment.
Price adjustments cannot combine more than one offer. Not valid on Black Friday, Cyber Monday or other Holiday Season promotions. Valid only on purchased made through www.arcticexpedition.ca
