What method of payments do you accept?
Arctic Expedition accepts the following payment methods online: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, ShopPay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We do not accept Visa Prepaid Cards, personal cheques, or money orders.
Sezzle can also be used at checkout. This form of payment allows you to pay in 4 equal interest-free payments! If you choose to return the item purchased with this payment option, the payments that were made towards your purchase will be reimbursed once the return is processed on our end.
How do I use my gift card or store credit?
To redeem your gift card, simply enter your gift card code at checkout and the balance will be applied to your order total.
When you pay with a gift card, this is considered a payment method and not a discount code. If you return products purchased with a gift card, your refund will be issued as a gift card. Note that purchases made using split payment (part gift card, part credit card or other payment method) will always be refunded to the gift card(s) first, and any remaining balance will be issued to the other payment method.
Why doesn't my promo code work?
There might already be a promotion ! Note that there is only one promo code at a time is allowed at checkout.
Certain discount codes expire once promotions have ended. Please contact info@arcticexpedition.ca if you would like to verify your code.
During our Black Friday Sale & our Boxing Day Sale, no additional discount codes are allowed.
